Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-21 business days. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will always be kept up to date regarding any changes made in your order. Zelená stands true by the customer and that is why, we will do everything we can to assure that you are satisfied.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS Standard 7-21 business days
*Overnight shipping is currently not available.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
Zelená ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be available within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Zelená is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Zelená will not be liable for any products damaged during shipping.
Zelená will not be liable for any products lost during shipping.
Please note that items may shift or even become damaged during transport, in the event this happens shipping insurance will be purchased and a file will be claimed to pay for the damaged items. We will do our best to accommodate you.
International Shipping Policy.
Zelená does offer International Shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Zelená will refund and exchange any items you were not satisfied with within 30 business days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for covering the costs of shipping and you will receive a full refund for your purchase. Please contact email@example.com to file a claim.
